FAQ

  • We will provide gate entry code and a code for the key safe for your cabin prior to your arrival.

  • Check in is via a key safe which can be accessed anytime after 2:00pm, so don’t worry if you are running late. Early check in by prior arrangement only.

  • The check out time for guests is 10am. Late check outs are subject to availability.

  • There are 2 parks (one behind another) on the stair side of your cabin. There is also ample common parking. If you have a trailer, boat, caravan, truck or trade equipment there is enough space for this also.

  • Payment can be made via Visa, Master Card and EFT. It must be received prior to check in.

  • Cabins are cleaned with linen changed every 7 days of your booking, if you require more frequent servicing, we can arrange this for an additional cost.

  • If you have left any of your belongings behind, please call Kaaren on 0418 367 146 or email kaaren@harveststay.com.au and we will get back to you.

  • Unfortunately no pets are permitted in our park. However, all service/assistance animals are welcome.

  • Our on-site laundry costs $3 per wash and $3 per 30 minute dryer cycle. Coins and credit cards are accepted.
